Fill out your form with as much detail as you possibly can. Mood boards or inspiration pictures are helpful if you could have these ready.

Step 2:

You will have a 1 hour consultation with our wedding expert Fran via teams, phone call or in person to discuss your requirements in detail and answer any questions you may have.

Step 3:

You will be sent a package plan outlining services and costs to the email you provide on the form. Please note your booking is only confirmed once your deposit is paid.

over 12 years of wedding & event experience

Fran The founder and CEO of Pretty It Picnics boasts a wealth of experience spanning over 12 years in the wedding and event industry. With a diverse background that started with her Apprenticeship at a princess party company, overseeing bookings and entertainment for children's parties nationwide. This quickly evolved into weekends spent earning extra money to support her studies by working for a wedding caterer at the popular wedding venues Northbrook and Froyle Park.

From humble beginnings as a part-time waitress to eventually running entire events, liaising with suppliers, venues, bridal parties and front-of-house teams, Fran’s expertise grew.

Later transitioning into Recruitment & Staffing for major events across the country, such as Ascot Racecourse, Farnborough Airshow, and Goodwood, provided invaluable insights into event operations on a grand scale. Years to date spent as the Operations Manager at Profiles Personnel, headquartered in Farnham provided Fran with comprehensive understanding of the industry from every angle, mixed with a passion for weddings and events is where Pretty It Picnics was born.
